These terms apply to all products, memberships, digital services and purchases offered by Gentle Together Einn (org. no. 937 967 357) under the Gentle Together brand and its related projects, including Bipolarklubben and MoodSteady.
1. Provider
Services and products are provided by Gentle Together Einn, a Norwegian company. All billing, payments and customer relationships are handled by Gentle Together Einn, even where a project uses its own brand name.
2. Purchases and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in local currency where possible and include VAT where applicable. Subscription memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
3. Subscriptions and cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. We do not normally refund already-paid periods.
4. Right of withdrawal
For digital services delivered immediately, you consent to delivery starting before the withdrawal period ends, and you accept that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived once the service has been used, in line with Norwegian consumer law.
5. Use of the services
You agree to use the services in accordance with applicable law, not to share your access with others, and not to use content, tools or communities in ways that harm other users, the company or third parties.
6. Content and responsibility
Content, tools and communities from Gentle Together are intended for support, reflection and learning. They do not replace healthcare, therapy, legal advice or emergency help. In cases of crisis or danger to life and health, contact healthcare professionals or emergency services.
7. Limitation of liability
Gentle Together Einn is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or losses arising from temporary unavailability of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the past twelve months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the service before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be attempted resolved amicably; otherwise the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as legal venue, have jurisdiction.
